Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation Centers

We are currently working with a program written with an Admitted, A rated US Insurance carrier designed exclusively for Alcohol & Drug Treatment facilities situated in all states. The comprehensive coverage available includes Property, General and Professional Liability, Umbrella Liability (5 million limit), Automobile as well as many broadened features. Coverage is also available to include the Medical Malpractice Liability for Physicians and Psychiatrists.  In the current insurance market, this program has proven very competitive, both in coverage and premium. In addition, we also have several insurance markets that specialize in providing Directors' & Officers' Liability for both Non-Profit and For Profit organizations.

Our office works closely with you to develop and investigate all exposures so a complete picture is presented to underwriters. It is through this understanding of your risks that we can recommend the methods of covering them, whether that involves your retention or obtaining a policy.

This program has been well received across the country and we urge all producers to contact us for further details. Please keep in mind, most situations require at least 7 working days, once all required materials have been submitted, from start to finished proposal, however, there are cases where some of the information may already be available and faster turnaround is possible. In addition, even someone who has recently renewed their coverage can take advantage of our program as the premium savings and better protection more than make up for the effort.
