Thank you for you interest in becoming a new producer with our company. We welcome the opportunity to work with you in servicing the needs of your clients. As noted, we are accepting accounts on our Target Classes list for programs with Great American Insurance Company (Admitted, A Rated) and Markel Insurance (A Rated), along with several other carriers (depending on the specific functions performed and the territory where the insured is situated).

        We work from Acord applications and utilize ISO forms for Property and Casualty coverages. We require a schedule of Special Events and Additional Insured. There are special supplemental applications for the various functions performed and we suggest discussing the specifics of the account to determine which applications would be applicable. All of these applications can be downloaded from the Forms page.

        General and Professional Liability is written on an Occurrence basis. We can consider any account that has employed MD’s (Physician, Psychologist, etc.), as well as contracted MD’s. Automobile requires a separate application and Drivers List. Four years Carrier Loss Runs are required for all lines and there is a $1500 Minimum premium.

        We offer Directors & Officers Liability as part of the overall account but can also offer it stand-alone. We include Employment Practices Liability and have a minimum retention of $500. Minimum premium is $1,000 depending on the state where the risk is situated.

        We typically pay 10% commission for all lines and include a $50 service fee for any policy under $2,500. Premium financing is available.
