Care submissions
Program Highlights:
- Professional Liability Limits up to $1,000,000 per
occurrence, and $3,000,000 aggregate.
- Higher limits available. Both occurrence and claims
made coverage available in most states.
- Premises Liability Coverage included.
- Personal Injury included.
- Licensing Board Defense Coverage, $5,000 each
investigation, $10,000 aggregate.
- Medical Expense Coverage, $2,000 per person, $100,000
aggregate.
- Damage to Property of Others, $500 each occurrence, $5,000
aggregate.
- Physical Abuse or Sexual Misconduct defense coverage.
- Non-Owned Automobile Liability Coverage up to $1,000,000.
Other coverages to supplement the program include:
- Directors & Officers liability.
- Bonds - fidelity including third party.
- Umbrella or excess coverage (Acord application required).
In order to review your submission we require a typed,
complete Acord application, five year loss history and our
supplemental
application. We cannot consider accounts using other carrier's
