of Directors and Officers and Employment Practices coverage.
Coverage Features:

officers for both D&O and EPL
- Employees are also extended coverage for EPL
claims
- Policy language written on a duty-to-defend
basis
- Insuring agreement is written on a pay-on
behalf basis
- Broad definition of claim, including any
written notice received by an insured intending to hold them responsible for
a wrongful act, or any judicial or administrative proceeding
- Coverage for D&O claims arising out of
performance of their duties, as well as wrongful employment practices
including, but not limited to: wrongful termination; discrimination; sexual
harassment; and retaliation
- Policy is non-cancelable, except for
non-payment of premium
- No coinsurance provisions

available to all insureds at no additional cost
Limits:
- Available limits: $500,000 up to $5,000,000.
Eligibility:
- The policy is specifically designed for
small for-profit corporations that have 150 or fewer employees on new
business, and up to 250 employees on renewals.
